  1. The survey was conducted to measure satisfaction with the provision of complaint reception services in the Complaint Services Section of the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission and does not include complaint handling services outside this Unit/Section (Monitoring, Investigation and Mediation)
  2. All data information provided will be kept confidential and will only be used for survey purposes and as a document for the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission.
  3. Respondents are complainants who submit their complaints through direct complaints/complaint consultations (come in person, telephone and receive complaints in the field) and get a complaint agenda number from the complaint analyst, and get a survey link/link from the complaint analyst.
  4. The survey will not affect the process of handling complaint cases.
  5. Survey results are only issued and accounted for by the Republic of Indonesia's National Human Rights Commission, if there are documents, data, other information outside this, they are not the responsibility of the Republic of Indonesia's National Human Rights Commission.
